You can reach our baby stroller service, which we offer for our guests with babies, free of charge from the information desk at the Bosphorus Floor Levazım Entrance, the Concierge desk on the Meydan Floor, and the Metro entrance information desk.

You can get all information that you need from our information desks at the Bosphorus Floor Levazım Entrance and at the Metro Floor and Square Foor Entrances between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM.

There is an ambulance and emergency response unit for emergency cases.

You can select 'Zorlu Center WIFI' from the WIFI settings of your device and use our 2 GB free internet service for 5 hours. You can also sign up for Zorlu World mobile application free of charge and use 10 GB free internet service for 5 hours by connecting through the application.

You can reach our wheelchair service free of charge from the information desk at the Bosphorus Floor Levazım Entrance, the Concierge desk on the Meydan Floor, and the Metro entrance information desk.

All our guests, who are foreign citizens or who are citizens of the Republic of Turkey but live abroad, can get cash refund under the tax refund service at the Tax Free Zone point at Zorlu Center's Square Floor and at the Global Blue Tax Free Point available at Beymen store. Our visitors can use the tax refund service from the Global Blue Tax Free point between 12:00 AM and 10:00 PM on Monday to Saturday, 12:00 AM and 10:00 PM on Sunday and from the Tax Free Zone betwen 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM on the days that the shopping mall is open.

Our minor guests can enjoy their time playing in the interesting playgrounds avaliable in the park area on the Square Floor. During the summer, we organize various concerts and events that all our visitors can attend free of charge.

You can leave your vehicle to the valet staff working at the valet points at our Levazım and Raffles Hotel entrances. To take back your vehicle, you can call the telephone number provided to you while you were leaving your vehicle to the staff, and request them to prepare your car before you leave. You can also sign up for Zorlu World mobile application free of charge, request your vehicle that you left to the valet and use the valet service with 50% discount by using the mobile payment method.

On the Square Floor, there are ATMs of Akbank, Denizbank, Finansbank, Garanti Bankası, Halkbank,  Türkiye İş Bankası and Yapı Kredi.

To inquire about your lost items at Zorlu Center, you can apply to our information desks at the Bosphorus Floor Levazım Entrance, Metro Floor and Square Floor.

During your visit, you can use the free safety lockers avaliable in the corridor next to the Information Desk on the Bosphorus Floor. The safety lockers, which are not opened by our guests at the end of the day, are opened by the security staff, and the forgotten items in the lockers are handed over to the information desk. If you forget the password, please inform our information desks.

We have 2 prayer rooms that are dedicated to men and women and that can be used by all our guests on the Bridge Floor during the times that the Shopping Mall is open.
